itSMF Publishing is pleased to announce the International Whitepaper of the Year competition for 2012.
Every itSMF Chapter is invited to submit up to 3 papers for consideration from local members for consideration for the International award.
Submissions must be from "members in good standing" from a local chapter and must be assessed by a local judging panel before being submitted for the International contest.
Each submission should include:

March 8, 2012 -- itSMF International Chief Editor Kirstie Magowan announced today that plans have been completed for a meeting of the Chapter Publications Representatives in Warsaw, Poland, on Thursday and Friday, April 26 and 27. The meeting of Chapter Representatives will be preceded on Tuesday and Wednesday with a meeting of the Editorial Advisory Taskforce (EAT), which provides strategic and operational guidance to itSMF Publishing.

Report from itSMF Slovakia's 2012 AGM
The Annual General Meeting of itSMF Slovakia was held on February 2nd 2012 in Bratislava. Several important topics were on the agenda: the Chairmanship; an annual report concerning itSMF activities during the previous year; proposed targets and planned activities for the oncoming period; suggested budget; and election of new management.
The members of itSMF Slovensko said they appreciated the achievements and performance of the Slovak chapter over the last year, driven by its management.
